Oh, sorry @GezzaP I thought you may have had issues getting back to sleep after the bathroom. Youve mentioned before regarding manic episodes. No-one can sleep with mania. I'm just glad I got a decent nights rest last night. Hopefully tonight I will sleep again properly. We are not alone though. Apparently 1 in 3 people have sleep issues. IWhat are the tradesmen doing today at your place?

@SmilingGecko I am getting new solar panels and a solar battery. They arrived at 7.15am. It is very noisy. I sleep ok when I’m not manic.

@StuF I'm wondering whether or not to go to the supermarket tomorrow. Dont feel safe with all these machete attacks in malls. Hospitals aren't much better. 

@GezzaP so happy for you going solar + battery. It will be the best investment for keeping your bills down. I notice from Oct-Mar roughly the solar panels get more light and my bills are zero. The cost of electricity is expected to go up. I think you made a good decision. Enjoy it!
