Last night was good thanks @Snowie  and we have enough leftover for tonight. We had a bbq lunch for gs2’s 10th birthday so I’ll be having salad for the week.

It must be so, so hard carrying the weight of your mum's projections and expectations... I can see how much this is all impacting you, you really are giving so much @Snowie. 

Underneath that sense of crawling into a hole and pretending you don't exist - what are you wanting to feel the most? Is it a sense of safety, comfort, or certainty? And is there a way we can go about meeting that need with a little softness today? 💛

My brother does nothing @AuntGlow so it's all left to me.

Right now, I just need to feel safe and secure. I need to feel like I am worthy. 

I get to the point where I feel like I don't deserve happiness, support, love...

I've been trying to write down what I am thankful for. I haven't got very far

I've seen travel guides a few times @Eve7 It really must be an amazing job. Being paid to travel
